The selected artists will be offered a place in a dedicated emergent exhibition to be staged at SDFA. The exhibition will take place in the second half of the year in order to provide time for the artists to produce new work for the show. Participating artists will be supported curatorially by the SDFA gallery manager, Anoushka Sansom to produce a professional-level exhibition. The exhibition aims to be a launching pad for commercial/professional practice.

The exhibition component of the program includes two distinct exhibitions for each artist:

•  The group show: A group show involving the 3 emergent artists

•  The mentorship shows: Three separate show featuring the work of each emergent artist and their mentors to be held in the following year.
