A group show by five young Beijing artists ranges from ink-on-rice-paper abstract landscapes by Lao Dan to Liu Zhuoquan's Black Snake writhing across eight hand-painted glass bottles. The standout for typography lovers is Hu Qinwu's wonderful large-scale paintings of pages from a Buddhist text. Then there are the sumptuous giclee prints of Huang Xu. Flower No. 9 is pictured above. Stella Downer, 2 Danks St, Waterloo, 9319 1006. Tue-Sat, 11am-6pm, until August 20.
